Do your om thing- Rebeca Pacheco - 2015

Finally finished this one. It is not that long. It is my second favorite yoga book. The previous one was a bit better. Her wisdom is experiential whereas the one by Elliot Goldberg (the modern path of yoga) was more research based.

However, this book is still good. I liked her emphasis on breathing to keep you in the moment and meditation to clear the mind. She understands that yoga is not about lululemon. It is about becoming a better person off of your mat. I respect and agree with this view.

Anyways, I say page it, especially if you practice yoga regularly. This is probably a must read for yoga teachers.

I am writing this review on my iPad because my laptop is not cooperating jajajajaja. My iPad is also cracked because I stepped on it by mistake. Jajajaja
