Never let go - Dan John
Kind of a niche book that I read in relation to working out and fitness. It's essentially this strength athlete to I believe did shotput and stuff at a competitive level that now is a fitness coach. Basically he revolutionized the fitness industry with workouts and techniques to do to become stronger. So it was interesting to hear what he thought and the physical training techniques he had.
Would only recommend if into strength training or lifting.
