I'm going to be honest I didn't get a lot from this book and maybe I should re-read it. I'm sorry Brian because I think you got this book for me. I'm not saying it's a bad book but it shows up on lists of top 25 self help books which I'm not sure I agree with. He touches on a lot of small tasks that set the tone for the day and also how you should focus on the right now and not the future if I remember correctly. I think I viewed it as if I was REALLY lost or had zero structure for my life then maybe it would be a solid start since I would need some form of structure or maybe I just missed the point of the book. It's a short one so I'd recommend reading it just to see.
Maybe good and maybe I just missed the meaning. Short so I'd read.
