Frank Shorter - My Marathon Reflections on a gold medal life

Shout out to Brian for recommending me this book. Typically you might think that you need to be a runner to grasp this book but I can tell you right now that is not true. The story that unfolds in this book is extremely dark and horrible but also beautiful. This is one of the books that is inspiring regardless of your circumstances because honestly it might not be able to get any worse. It is also one of those books, which I think is healthy, that wakes you up to just how dark and evil the world can be. If you are looking for a comeback story and enjoy reading about peoples lives then its a good one.

A good book!
