I feel like I should not even review this book and just tell you to stop what you are doing at this very moment and go read this book. A lot of the topics are going to be similar to his second book but this is the OG. This book right here will forever impact you it will forever give you that little tiny voice of saying you can do more. You may not always act on it but it gives life to that small voice. He takes us through his horrendous childhood which had everlasting effects on him as a young adult and he found himself just stuck in the mediocrity of life. He then comes across a navy seals show that would forever change his life and who he is. If  you are ever need a pick me up or something to relight the fire this is the book. It'll push your limits and hopefully make you into a better person. But IF you get absolutley nothing out of the motivation part the story is still phenomenal and I will say he isn't for everyone but it is still worth the read. To this day I watch his podcast and cheesy motivational youtube videos and I have no shame about it.
