The courage to be disliked - Ichiro kishimi
This book is really interesting and is along the lines of a self help book. It can be tough to follow because it's a dialog between a kid and a monk and the kid is basically lost and heavily opinionated while the monk is wise about life so it's the journey they take together to be better.
I think the thing that I still remember most about this book is they were talking about when you do something in public and people see you they may judge you and the guy said 'that a their problem, not a you problem'. It's kind of obvious but whether they like you or don't like you isn't your problem, it's something they have to figure out which should liberate you.
Interesting, good but not a must.
