A very short history of life on earth - Henry Gee
Basically just discusses the life of earth from conception to millions of years into the future. It was an interesting book since it kind of speaks in regular English. I think my takeaways are the earth is super duper freaking old so time is insane, the earth has insane ebbs and flows and while we may be speeding up the process the earth already has plans for how it'll change whether we like it or not so get ready.
Also a cool note is basically community is the only way we were able to survive as a race, walking on two legs is the greatest invention ever and the time from when we were using wheels to now was an insane jump so animals don't stand a chance. We went form lowest to highest in a super short span.
